Founder & Head Coach of Real Skills
Daon Merritt, Founder and head coach of Real Skills NYC, brings over 20 years plus of experience as a former professional player and coach. A standout athlete from St. Raymond’s High School, Daon played at collegiate and professional levels before transitioning to coaching, where he has become known for his deep knowledge of the game and dedication to developing young talent. His leadership and passion have made Real Skills NYC a cornerstone in the community, providing athletes with the skills and guidance to excel both on and off the court.
